(i think that's where 3rd form is at) however i could be underestimating his power so i'll say weaker than final form frieza to play it safe. He's listed at 3,000,000 in the Daizenshuu. Take that as you like. However, the events in the manga are clear in his superiority. He slapped away Freeza's Death Beams with utter ease, and fended off Freeza for quite a while without the aid of Kaioken, something Vegeta failed miserably to do, and Vegeta was already superior to 3rd Form Freeza. dont want to go too off topic, but therefor the idea that many users have exemplified in Frieza's power doubling per transformation must be wrong of there is such a vast power gap between his 3rd and 4th form.

Goku is (imo) around Android 17/18 in his base whereas Yadrat Goku base would be crushed by Frieza 3rd form. Yardrat Goku is Goku just after he beat Final Form Frieza on Namek, so no, Yardrat Goku (base) would not lose to 3rd Form Frieza. Final Form Frieza and Goku were able to fight at some sort of base level (meaning, no 100% Power and no Super Saiyan) on Namek and Goku wasn't beaten then. I also fail to understand anybody's logic in saying that an SSJ3 version of this Goku wouldn't match up. This isn't Perfect Cell we're talking about, it's just First Form, who at that stage was weaker than Android 16. Considering the gap in power between a Super Saiyan, Super Saiyan 2 and Super Saiyan 3, I think would make up enough difference for Goku to beat this form of Cell. The entire concept of this fight is stupid anyway considering Goku had only just attained SSJ when he landed on Yardrat, there's no way anybody at this point would have the power to become SSJ3.

This is assuming SSJ3 is 8x SSJ, the most commonly used multipliers. Goku's power on Namek = 150 million. Yardrat Goku is stronger than Trunks who's stronger than Mecha Freeza, who was confident in beating Goku when he returned after being humiliated by him on Namek. Yardrat Goku > Trunks > Mecha Freeza >= Namek Goku 3 years of training for the Androids. Goku should've at least doubled his Yardrat power here. That covers SSJ2. Not to mention Vegeta was even stronger than Goku at this point. Android Vegeta > Android Goku >= SSJ2 Yardrat Goku > SSJ Yardrat Goku 17/18 show up and easily lay the smackdown on Vegeta and the rest of the group. 17 > 18 > Android Vegeta > Android Goku >= SSJ2 Yardrat Goku > Goku Yardrat Goku Piccolo fuses with Kami and becomes more or less equal to 17. Piccolo = 17 > 18 > Android Vegeta > Android Goku >= SSJ2 Yardrat Goku > SSJ Yardrat Goku Cell shows up post-humans and tanks Piccolo's Light Grenade. That should justify at least a 2x gap. 16 jumps in a does well, maybe even holds a slight advantage against Cell. 16 >= Cell > Piccolo = 17 > 18 > Android Vegeta > Android Goku >= SSJ2 Yardrat Goku > SSJ Yardrat Goku With these multipliers, it's quite obvious Cell and SSJ3 Goku land close to each other. RSSj Goten? Ssj3 Tien? In any case, Goku stomps pretty hard, This is much less outlandish than many of the topics we get in here. Ssj3 Tenshinhan isn't even allowed, so people don't make those topics. I agree Goku has this pretty easily. I got him at 1,125,000,000 as SSJ2, so he loses that barely against Cell. SSJ3 is overkill.

(SSJ2 is x4) Quite Surprising actually.
